Don Chon left Tejupilco, Mexico many years ago and since then he has been sharing his flavor and culinary arts to the Dallas area. In January 2004 he opened Taqueria Don Chon a year later with the help of his friends and family Taqueria Don Chon is recognized as one of Texas’s best restaurants.
Don Chon began cooking at a young age, moved to the United States to share their eclectic Mexican cuisine with Dallas residents. He work 15 years for de Cantina Laredo
